"Protecting and Promoting the Professional Interests of All Oklahoma Chiropractic Physicians and Their Patients since 1970"

"The Purpose and Mission of the Unified Chiropractic Association of Oklahoma is to protect the Chiropractic Practice Act and communicate with and educate those who practice under such Act in the State of Oklahoma. Further, the UCA shall promote the profession and support the institutions, agencies and councils in their effort to evolve the profession for the better good of the profession and the patients they serve. In so doing, the UCA supports, inclusively, the freedom of ALL Chiropractic Physicians to practice as they please, regardless of their practice paradigm or philosophy being traditional or progressive; as long as the service they deliver is taught by an accredited Chiropractic College."

Oregon’s New Health Plan will Prioritize Chiropractic Medicine

Beginning January 1st 2016 the state of Oregon will start a new health plan that will make *chiropractic* care and other forms of holistic treatment available to all those enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan. The goal of this plan is to focus on preventing and stopping back or neck pain at the source, rather than mask the symptoms with pharmaceuticals. This plan will also make it so that pharmaceutical drugs will be the last resort in most cases, therefore lowering the potential narcotic addiction rate throughout the state.

Follow the link below for the full article on the state of Oregon’s new health care plan favoring *Chiropractic* care over pain medication.
